The Beachside

From the moment we arrived (in the posh lobby), Danishia and her compatriots made us feel special and appreciated. (And we were only staying 1 night!) It's truly a mark of the best hospitality to make everyone feel welcome and wanted. The lobby and bar are comfortably hip and the pool has a fantastic Palm Beach-meets-Nantucket vibe. The water in the heated pool was a relaxing temperature and the ultra cool samba music was just the ticket! Our room was cozy and filled with considerate touches like beverages, cookies, popcorn, and other delectables. The beds were just the right firmness and we loved the Stillwater quilts! We rode the bikes provided into town and though we were checking out, we were able to stow our bags until we needed to retrieve them. Imagine our surprise and delight when the lovely Danisha recognized us, calling us by name, and inquiring about our stay though we ran into her in town! It's little touches like this that make an experience memorable even if it's only overnight. Trust me, we will be back at the Beachside as soon as possible!

Lovely stay. Wonderful staff. Beautiful grounds and perfectly appointed rooms. Especially enjoyed the heated pool since Nantucket pulled some reeeally cold weather on us! Gotta love October! Would definitely return.

Our family’s recent stay at the Beachside on Nantucket was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the relaxed yet refined atmosphere set the tone for a truly memorable experience. The staff were consistently welcoming, attentive, and helpful. Traveling with two young children (ages 4 and 6), we were especially appreciative of the family-friendly amenities. The movie night with fresh popcorn, complimentary arcade, and well-appointed pool—complete with floaties, noodles, and goggles—provided endless enjoyment for our little ones. These thoughtful touches made the property feel as though it was designed with families in mind. The dining experience was also a highlight, with every meal we enjoyed on property exceeding expectations and deserving a full 10/10. The water re-fill station and morning coffee/donuts and fruit were lifesavers on multiple occasions. Equally impressive were the impeccably maintained grounds, which added to the sense of serenity and beauty throughout our stay. We left with wonderful memories and every intention of returning next summer. Beachside is a rare gem that balances luxury with comfort, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

They greeted us by name throughout our stay, helped with our luggage upon arrival, and even went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed before we could even ask. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful elegant, spotless, and full of charm. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed and maintained. What really stood out, though, was the personal touch from the staff. One gentleman was constantly holding doors open for us with a warm smile, and the entire team seemed to take pride in making guests feel special. It’s rare to find a place where genuine hospitality meets such high standards of service, but the Beachside Hotel delivers just that. A true five star experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We stayed for a month at Beachside. What a great experience. Mike was a truly hospitable friend during our stay. Mila and Esra were the best bartenders and servers we could have asked for. Friendly and smiley. Not sure if I'll ever make it back to Nantucket, but if I do, I’ll be staying at the Beachside. The only critiques I would have are: -Adjoining room has no sound baffling where the door is in the wall. I could hear my neighbors’ TV and alarms. -Shades for the windows are not truly blackout and let light in around the edges. Bring an eye mask. -Smooth motion is automatically on the television so movies look awful. I would recommend asking the front desk for a TV remote that lets you adjust the motion settings. -No hot tub at the pool. Would be great to be able to soak in the pool area. Pros: -Cornhole -Free arcade -Great food and bar -Close to Jetties Beach and Sandbar restaurant -Walkable to downtown -Bikes provided -Heated pool Until next time…

We loved staying at the Beachside Hotel!! The level of hospitality was incredible. Upon arrival, we were greeted and welcomed. The room was perfect- comfortable and modern. While it was December, I imagined the pool and patio in other seasons would be amazing. There was music in the lobby in the afternoons and yummy donuts, fruit, and coffee in the lobby in the mornings . I left my cell charger at home and Natalie at the front desk actually offered hers to help out. That tells the story. Great spot, well-located, very comfortable, and a fun atmosphere!

We love the fabulous newly renovated Beachside, we’ve been coming to Nantucket for decades and have stayed there multiple times, and since its renovation was completed last September, we’ve stayed twice and the decor, landscaping, ambience is superb! It appears no expense was spared in the renovation , and the heated pool area is gorgeous. Quick walk to town, the steamship the beach, and no need for a vehicle. Free bikes, beach chairs! The staff are super friendly, attentive and helpful, obviously love their jobs. Kudos to the management team, we’re in the process of booking again for next year! Highly, highly recommend!

The staff was amazing! so helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfy but didn't love the shower You can't turn the water on without getting wet with cold water first and our water wasn't super hot Pool, bar and lobby were lovely. We felt we were away at an exotic get away
